The terms of a reading.

You are buying a written palm reading, prepared by a person, based on photographs of both of your palms and the questions you submit. You are not buying advice, a prediction, or any particular outcome.

Each reading includes a set number of questions: 1 for ESSENTIAL, 3 for COMPLETE, and up to 5 for DEEP.

Readings are usually delivered within 3–5 days of your photographs and questions arriving — not of payment, since a reading cannot begin until both hands are received. Because a person writes each one, timing varies. If a reading is going to take materially longer, you will be told.

Your reading is delivered to a private link and you are notified by email. It remains at that link.

Clear photographs of both palms. If the photographs cannot be read — badly blurred, too dark, fingers cropped out — your reader will ask for new ones rather than guess. Repeated unusable photographs may mean a reading cannot be completed, in which case we will refund you.

You must be 16 or older to order, and the hands you send must be your own.

Before your reading is written, you can cancel for a full refund — just ask. Because a reading is written specifically for you, once it has been delivered it cannot be returned in any meaningful sense.

That said, if a delivered reading is genuinely not what was described — the wrong length, the wrong hands, questions left unanswered — write to us and we will put it right or refund you. Disagreeing with an interpretation is not itself grounds for a refund, since the interpretation is the thing being sold.

Palmistry is a traditional interpretive practice offered for entertainment, reflection and personal insight. It should not replace professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Nothing in a reading is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, a diagnosis, or a forecast of a specific event. Your reader will not tell you when you will die, whether you are ill, whether you are pregnant, whom you will marry, or what to do with your money. If a reading raises something you want to act on, take it to a professional in that field.

The reading is written for you and is yours to keep, print and share as you wish. We keep copyright in the text itself, which matters only in that we ask you not to republish it as your own work.

You keep every right in your photographs. Uploading them gives us permission to store them and to show them to your reader for the purpose of preparing your reading — nothing else.

Readings are sold for entertainment, reflection and personal insight. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability in connection with a reading is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
