What we collect
To prepare a reading we collect: your full name, an email address, the city and country you were born in, your date of birth, which hand you write with, the topics you would like explored, your questions, any notes you add, and the photographs of your palms that you upload.
Your time of birth is optional. Most people do not know it, and leaving it blank changes nothing about your reading.
Your name, birthplace and date of birth are shown to your reader as background, in the same way you would mention them at the start of a reading in person. Nothing is calculated from them. We do not produce a birth chart, a star sign, a horoscope or any other astrological reading — this is palmistry, and the interpretation comes from your hands.
We do not ask for your street address, your current location, your gender or your telephone number, and we have no use for them. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is covered by their privacy terms, not ours.
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Card details never reach this site and we never see them. Stripe passes us the email address you used, a payment reference, and whether the payment succeeded.
How your photographs are stored
- They are held in a private storage bucket. There is no public URL for them, and the storage cannot be listed or browsed.
- They are filed under randomly generated identifiers. Your name and email never appear in a file path.
- Your reader opens them through links that expire after 5 minutes and are generated one at a time, on request, after the server has checked who is asking.
- Camera metadata — including any GPS coordinates your phone attached — is stripped when the photograph is processed, before it is stored.
Who can see them
Your reader, in order to prepare your reading. No one else has an interface that shows them. They are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used in marketing, social posts or examples without your explicit written permission — which we would ask for separately and which you are free to refuse.
How long they are kept
Photographs are kept only as long as they are operationally needed, and no longer than 90 days after your reading is delivered. Deletion is carried out by your reader, on request and as routine housekeeping.
We want to be precise about this: there is no automated scheduled deletion job running at present. Rather than claim one, we are telling you that deletion is a manual operation — and that asking for it is the fastest way to have it done.
Your written reading, order reference and the answers you gave are kept so that your private link keeps working and so we can handle questions or refunds.
Your choices
Write to hello@futurepalmreading.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have your photographs or your whole order deleted. Quote your order reference and we will confirm when it is done.
Deleting your order removes your reading too, and the private link stops working. If you want to keep the reading, print or save it first — there is a print option at the foot of the reading itself.
Accounts and tracking
There is no account and no password. Your order lives at a private link containing a long random token, sent to your email address. Anyone with that link can see your order, so treat it as you would a password.
The site sets one cookie, and only for the reader signing in to the admin workspace. There is no advertising network, no third-party analytics and no cross-site tracking on this site.
Processors we use
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — database and private file storage
- Resend — sending the emails that carry your private link
Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not send your palm photographs to any of them beyond the storage described above.
